The exhibition “Montenegro on the front pages of Italian magazines from 1896 to 1921” was donated to the National Museum

The Ambassador of Italy, Luka Zelioli, presented a valuable donation to the National Museum of Montenegro, the exhibition “Montenegro on the front pages of Italian magazines from 1896 to 1921.”
These are 45 reproductions from the magazines “Illustrazione Italiana”, “La Tribuna Illustrata” and “La Domenica del Corriere”

The exhibition was realized by the Embassy of Italy, in cooperation with the National Library in Naples, on the occasion of 140 years (1879-2019) of establishing diplomatic relations between Italy and Montenegro.

So far, the exhibition has been presented at the National Library of Montenegro “Đurđe Crnojević” in Cetinje and in the Parliament of Montenegro, in 2019, as well as last year at the Homeland Museum in Danilovgrad. It will be shown to the public in other Montenegrin cities as well.
