Builders have something divine in themselves: they are also able to create something out of nothing, to make the unimaginable visible, to give the imagination exactly as much space as it needs to become – a reality.
From time to time, practicality and beauty were appreciated in the construction industry. The best among buildings must serve the purpose for which they are designed, but they should also do so with style. That is why Goethe called the ultimate architectural work frozen music: a symphony is born when the original idea and the impeccable skill of the creator are touched.
ING invest is an architectural bureau founded in 1997 by architect Veselin Bato Radulovic. It all started in the family circle, and the primary activity was the design of building structures. As is usually the case with business start-ups with a long-term perspective, Veselin transferred his rich knowledge and experience to his son Ilija. Upon graduation, Ilija becomes CEO of the company and the family decides to strengthen their design advantages by expanding their offer with other services in the construction sector.
A deeper dive into the field of creative industries has helped bringing the full potential of the company to the surface. ING invest is today recognized on the market primarily as a design studio with a team of about fifty young and ambitious people who design a complete, professional and independent personnel system, trained at the highest professional level and technically equipped with the latest generation of modern IT achievements.
All projects they do together with investors, and their spirit of community, their passion and enthusiasm are quickly passed on to clients. Hence the results cannot be missed. Whether you are looking at the luxurious projects of the Rose of the Wind, the simple beauty of the kindergarten in Tuzi or the architectural renovation plan of the oldest Montenegrin cultural institution of the Royal Theatre Zetski dom in Cetinje – you cannot remain indifferent. It is difficult to list all the projects in the realization of which they have already participated or are about to take part. In addition to developing conceptual designs, they perform works, perform expert supervision and audit, and perform technical receptions of a wide variety of projects: residential, commercial, production-technological, sports and economic; and renovations, remediation, reconstruction, investment maintenance and urban designing.
They design both exterior and interior. Their jobs are constantly intertwined, which is why ING Invest employees know perfectly well what it means to lend a hand to one another, they know the value of teamwork – they can subordinate themselves to the collective. This company preserves both atmosphere and dignity: praise is spoken aloud for all to hear – objections are said only in a whisper, face to face. The chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and it is therefore extremely important who you will accept on the team. Business and procedure are easy to learn, but social and emotional intelligence, which are necessary for successful functioning in the collective, are something that is partly innate and partially acquired through good upbringing and guidance.
ING Invest they believe that they make every day an appropriate contribution to make the space of our environment more comfortable and sustainable, and that, while addressing today’s challenges, they are slowly moving their mission towards bringing Montenegrin architecture closer to current global trends; while appreciating the traditions, opportunities and potentials of the available market.
In this company, undoubtedly, young people of different professions together build a unique world-class Montenegrin brand. They are led by an experienced man who, as they often jokingly say, is perhaps spiritually younger than all of them. To their teasing, Veselin Bato Radulovic just shakes his hand and says four words that often represent the dream of every big company owner: ‘One company – one soul. Someone’s dream – but his reality!’
