Focus, creativity and balance are the key words in the vocabulary of Vuk Vujovic and his colleagues at Coreit management. The company was founded in 2010 as a company whose main activity is system integration; just two years later, they also started a strong development towards creating innovative software solutions.

Coreit is focused on high-tech solutions, high-skill engineers as well as on small number of high-quality users. Today, the company has 22 employees, three of them are in management, fourteen in the software development sector, while five work in the system integration sector. The employees are almost exclusively IT engineers and as one of the biggest limiting factors in the already planned operations for expansion in the foreign market, the management of the company states precisely that is the lack of enough trained personnel in the labour market. Experience has shown them that new professionals, mainly young people who already have formal engineering education in this field, need additional training for up to a year to be able to independently and qualitatively perform the jobs they do and that the specific business environment asks for.

Coreit is a leader in their industry and because they responsibly choose engagement in areas where they can deliver impeccable results, they have an aesthetic sense of reality and focus on areas where they can always provide the best service to their clients. They believe that the only recipe that guarantees them a consistent appearance in the market is a creative approach to problem solving and making balance between responsibility and ambition.

Coreit works almost exclusively in the so-called The B2B principle and their clients are generally other companies, most commonly in the financial sector and public institutions. They think that the biggest challenge in the future is expanding the business to a foreign market as well as raising awareness to local institutions of the quality of service offered by domestic solution providers.

Their business cycle planning involves achieving long-term goals. Long time ago they have realized that too fast growth would bring more trouble than benefits. Coreit has its ambitions in the domestic, regional and global markets, but they are aware that no real success comes overnight and that harmonious growth can only be achieved by the already mentioned insistence on innovation, with an adequate balance between responsibility and ambition.
