  • Self-cognition, self-regulation of emotions, self-motivation, recognition of emotions in others / empathy and establishing healthy interpersonal relationships
  • EQ Enhancement Techniques
  • The importance of motivation in the work environment
  • Motivation factors
  • What is self-motivation and what does it differentiate it from motivation?
  • A way to accomplish goals
