The study ‘Program for development of culture’ is strategic document which sets long-term goals and priorities for cultural development and defines organizational, financial and administrative measures for their achievement in Montenegro. The aim of the cultural policy of Montenegro is to develop and promote contemporary cultural and artistic creativity, cultural activity and cultural life in general, to valorise cultural heritage, to contribute to intercultural dialogue and to support the promotion of Montenegro’s identity as a state.
